And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. Exodus 4:15.
When he who is a colaborer with Christ presses home the truth to the sinner’s heart in humility and love, the voice of love speaks through the human instrumentality. Heavenly intelligences work with a consecrated human agent, and the Spirit operates upon the soul of the unbeliever. Efficiency to believe comes from God to the heart, and the sinner accepts the evidence of God’s Word.
Through the gracious influence of the Holy Spirit he is changed and becomes one with Christ in spirit and purpose. His affection for God increases, he hungers after righteousness and longs to be more like his Master. By beholding Christ, he is changed from glory to glory, from character to character, and becomes more and more like Jesus. He is imbued with love for Christ and filled with a deep, unresting love for perishing souls, and Christ is formed within, the hope of glory. “As many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” (John 1:12).—Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, 220, 221.
We need more of the working of the Infinite and far less trust in human agencies. We are to prepare a people to stand in the day of God’s preparation; we are to call men’s attention to the cross of Calvary, to make clear the reason why Christ made His great sacrifice. We are to show men that it is possible for them to come back to their allegiance to God and to their obedience to His commandments. When the sinner looks upon Christ as the propitiation for his sins, let men step aside. Let them declare to the sinner that Christ “is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world” (1 John 2:2).
Encourage him to seek wisdom from God; for through earnest prayer he will learn the way of the Lord more perfectly than if instructed by some human counselor. He will see that it was the transgression of the law that caused the death of the Son of the infinite God, and he will hate the sins that wounded Jesus. As he looks upon Christ as a compassionate, tender High Priest, his heart will be preserved in contrition.—Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, 220.

I have been suffering for over 22 years already!!!! PLEASE pray for God’s intervention again!!!! It is a miracle and I am SO thankful someone is willing to preform surgery, now I need prayer to make it happen QUICKER! I am only getting worse! And I am in terrible pain and unable to even do my housework in my 2 bedroom apartment. Thankfully I have a loving husband to help me! God is good! Praise GOD! Please continue to petition on my behalf! Heidi

Dear Friends,
Over the past few weeks, we must have had a nest of six bunnies in our yard, because we have seen many half-grown bunnies running swiftly any time we let the dogs out. It reminded me of the time that we discovered a nest of bunnies in our yard some years ago. We were enjoying watching them. One night, we had a hail storm and the next morning we wondered how “our” bunnies were doing. While Ronnie Jay was searching, he moved a pallet that was leaned up against our porch, he found one of those little creatures—-dead. It showed no marks upon it that would give evidence as to how it had died. As we tried to figure out the mystery, we came to the conclusion that it had become injured in the hailstorm and crawled in there to die. How sad we were to think of its fright and pain as it was being pelted by those hailstones.
Yet, those ice-balls were were small compared to some we get here in the Midwest. At times we get very large hailstones that do quite a bit of damage. I remember a time when there was hail the size of baseballs that came through the area. Houses and cars were damaged. Baseball-sized holes were in roofs and siding. Windows and windshields were shattered. Yet, even that hail is nothing compared to what is coming.
God asked Job, “Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?” Job 38:22, 23 Just as the hailstones destroyed Egypt in the days of Moses (Ex 9:18-33), so hailstones will do their work of destruction at the end of the world. “And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.” Rev 16:21
In that day, the earth will be destroyed and broken down completely by hailstones weighing, not a few ounces but from 75 to 100 pounds! Yet, we who follow Jesus with our whole heart need not fear. Praise God! Our Dear Saviour will shelter us throughout all of the plagues that will fall just before He comes to take us to Heaven. May we declare in that fearsome day, “Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.” Ps 32:7
